2011

I juggled the demands of keeping a Hollywood agency’s Story Department running like a well-oiled machine.

Often the lifeblood operating behind the scenes at a major literary agency is the story department.

My boss – a 30 year agency veteran – was a master at identifying what writing translated well to the big screen. Together, we pored over material from and for clients, identifying ways to improve the overall reception and marketability of the films.

Here, I managed a team of 30+ Story Analysts, found and hired new staff, maintained writer clients, and sought out new talent.

At CAA’s Creative Lunch Program, I sat across from Oscar-winning directors and actors, and pitched them project ideas based on stories I found in recent magazine and news articles.

2013

As a founding partner, I was instrumental in formulating the vision, positioning, and strategy
for Millennial Reach. My task was to help brands realize the powerful combination of crowdsourced creative and social media.

I initiated partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, generated leads, and guided clients through the sales funnel. I hand-crafted all our sales collateral, media kits, decks, and social media pages. I served as Product Manager for our website and platform.

The opportunity to work at a small startup allowed me to play a pivotal role in every step of building a company from the ground up.

2009

My senior year of college I interned at Walden Media in the Creative Development department.

I read and evaluated material worth pursuing, wrote reports that summarized, analyzed, and provided commentary on whether or not the literature would make a compelling movie.

2010

After graduating, I took a full-time job at Walden.

I wrote my own screenplay and continued working closely with the creative team to identify material and give feedback.

2012

To gain a broader understanding of the business side of the film industry, I took a job inDistribution/Sales at Lucasfilm.

I helped strategize the digital and TV plans for the Star Wars and Indiana Jones movies and managed our partner relationships worldwide.

I created overviews summarizing trends and technologies of major and emerging markets.
I crafted charts and promotional materials for presentations, coordinated events, and established a productive working relationship with Disney as our new parent company.

I learned how to navigate in a large environment and forge pockets of  innovation.

2015

I have been successful in leading a company with a strong gaming background into the non-gaming space, bringing on some of the largest clients in the company’s history.


I was hired as an Account Executive and proved my ability to drive revenue early on, closing deals worth millions in my first couple months.


My successes earned me a quick promotion to Sr. Manager, Client Services – a global team of about 14 that manages around 20 accounts.


I now serve as Sr. Manager, Strategic Partnerships – leading our US Sales team and continuing to move the company forward, looking for and seizing opportunities to accelerate revenue and grow our client base.
